Inactive Account: Inactivity of account for 30 days, i.e., with zero usage, and a positive balance, emails will be sent to notify of inactivity, with balance details, nudging to use, activation of storage charge. Minimum charges for storage will be charged each month for zero usage, until account balance is depleted, and the balance is down to zero.
Inactive Account: Inactivity of account, with zero usage, and a zero balance for 30 days, emails will be sent to cancel / terminate account on the 30th day. If no response in 45 days, then account will be closed and all data, templates, notification logs, etc. will be lost. User will need to register the account again for next use
Enhanced Data Storage: After 3 months, the data is purged out of our system. This is cost of storing the nudge history and contact data sent out beyond 3 months. PDF storage not included
